McNally Enterprises
Challenge
Despite producing more than 300 live events each year, McNally Enterprises had never been able to establish a consistent social media program.
Previous attempts had been inconsistent, lacked a clear strategy and eventually lost momentum. After time without regular publishing, McNally needed more than content—they needed the strategy, infrastructure and operating system required to make social sustainable.
Approach
Chemistry Session built the program from the ground up, beginning with founder discovery and a comprehensive social media playbook that defined McNally’s audiences, positioning, brand voice, visual direction, channel strategy and content pillars.
We then turned that strategy into an operating machine: establishing the content calendar, asset-management system, capture process, approval workflow and publishing cadence needed to keep the program moving.
Rather than handing off a set of recommendations, Chemistry Session stayed on to operate the program—identifying concepts, developing content, organizing assets, writing and designing posts, managing approvals and consistently publishing across Instagram and LinkedIn. When McNally hired its first Marketing Manager, we led the transition of the program, training and supporting the new hire as ownership moved in-house.
Results
For the first time, McNally has a structured social program that has continued beyond its initial launch.
The company now has a repeatable system for turning its people, projects and more than 300 annual events into consistent brand storytelling—supported by an active content pipeline and an operating process built to last.
With no recent publishing benchmark and entirely organic distribution, Instagram generated more than 20,000 views and 777 interactions while adding 85 followers in its first 90 days—establishing the foundation for continued growth.
