Challenge: Lindblad Expeditions, a pioneer in global exploration travel and longtime partner of National Geographic, needed to elevate its digital presence. Social media was under leveraged, and the brand was missing opportunities to drive awareness, engagement, and web traffic in a crowded category.
Approach: As Director of Social Media, Chemistry Session’s founder led the charge in building Lindblad’s social discipline from scratch—creating the strategy, structure, and systems to scale content and community impact. Core efforts included:

Results: In just one year, Lindblad became the fastest-growing and most engaged expedition brand on Facebook and Instagram.
