Challenge: SBI came to us with a need to launch a marketing program that helped them re-brand, distribute content consistently, and stand out to attract skilled talent in a tough labor market.

Approach: Chemistry Session developed a content strategy built around three core pillars:

  • Company Culture – Showcasing shop camaraderie and real faces behind the metal

  • Process Porn – Visually satisfying shots of fabrication in action

  • Case Studies – Highlighting final builds and the expertise behind them

We built an internal workflow to deliver at least 12 high-quality posts per month from planning to execution and distribution, blending repurposed existing media and new original content. Each piece was designed not just to entertain or inform—but to spark interest in working at SBI.

Results (First 60 Days): On Instagram alone (it’s primary channel), the brand saw:

  • +1,100% lift in views

  • +2,700% lift in reach

  • +3,500% lift in content interactions

  • +100% increase in link clicks

  • And increased demand for open positions

We also observed strong momentum across secondary platforms LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, helping position SBI as an emerging standout in the fabrication space.
